PURCHASE CONDITIONS

These conditions will govern the purchase of products through the website owned by Viñas Murillo.

Acceptance of these conditions implies that the User:

  • Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated here.
  • Is at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Assumes all obligations set forth herein.

These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will apply to all purchases made through the Viñas Murillo website.

Viñas Murillo informs that it is responsible and aware of the current legislation of the countries to which it sends products and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting goods that were purchased prior to the modification.

Purchase Procedure

To proceed with the purchase of the product, the registered User must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Shopping in our store is very easy; you just need to register by filling out the registration form, add the desired products to your cart, and once payment is made, we will send you a confirmation email with your order. From this moment, your order will arrive at the indicated address within 24-48 business hours.

Payment Methods - SECURE PAYMENT

To protect you from fraud and not store any of your financial data, we only use credit cards (SERMEPA-REDSYS).

SERMEPA (REDSYS) is a secure purchase system that allows for the secure identification of customers buying online. REDSYS develops technology in the field of payment methods.

This system complies with the secure e-commerce standards adopted by international card brands Visa and MasterCard to guarantee the ownership of the buyer.

Purchases made through the SERMEPA (REDSYS) online payment service, with cards issued by any other national or foreign financial institution, where the identity of the cardholder is authenticated, will be managed by this system.

In such cases, neither the cardholder nor the card-issuing entity can claim ignorance of the purchase made, nor request a reversal of the transaction on the grounds of "transaction not authorized by the cardholder."

To make a purchase using the SERMEPA (REDSYS) credit card, you must follow these steps:

  1. When you have decided which items to buy, select the credit card payment option, enter the card number, expiration date, and identification code in the secure environment.

  2. The next step is for the card issuer to verify the customer's identity.

  3. Finally, if you are identified, the purchase transaction will be processed securely.

Viñas Murillo never has access to confidential information regarding payment methods.

Shipping

We only sell in the peninsula.

Shipping is free.

Returns

You can make your return by mail or courier:

  1. Print the order confirmation email.

If you do not keep the order confirmation email, you can print it from the "My Account" section.

  1. Prepare your return

Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging. The products must be in perfect condition for packaging and preservation. Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the following address:

  1. Make the shipment

You can send your return by the method you prefer, but we recommend doing it by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible in case of loss or delivery in poor condition of the package.

  1. Refund

Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days. Remember that the shipping costs incurred by the return are at your expense.
