SOIL TYPE

VINEYARD

Vineyards over 20 years old, trellised at 750m with a wide thermal oscillation, giving the grapes a very expressive character.

HARVEST

Nighttime harvest at very low temperatures, preserving all the qualities described in our vineyard.

PRODUCTION

Processed in inert atmospheres at very low temperatures, with a short fermentation. It is then kept in tanks under constant pressure and temperature to maintain the carbonation.

TASTING NOTES

Low alcohol content, pale yellow with greenish highlights and fine, light bubbles. Very fruity nose (exotic fruits) with white flowers and fresh details. On the palate, the acidity and bubbles make the wine very fresh and pleasant.

SERVING

Temperature: 7 – 8º

Perfect pairing with appetizers, fresh and semi-cured cheeses, chicken, turkey, and other poultry.
