Mechanical and nighttime grape harvesting, taking advantage of the low temperatures to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the variety.

PRODUCTION

Gentle and controlled pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging on lees in the same tanks, providing structure and volume to the wine.

TASTING NOTES

Brilliant straw-yellow with greenish reflections.

Intense nose with aromas of stone fruit, white fruit, and citrus.

Fresh and balanced palate with an elegant and long finish, due to aging on lees.

Temperature: 7º - 9º

Perfect pairing with pasta, rice dishes, and white meats.
